Kelly Services is seeking a Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift Operator for our Wilmington, Illinois location. This temporary-to-hire role runs on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 6:30a–3p, at $21 per hour.

The ideal candidate will safely operate stand-up and reach forklifts and contribute to a productive warehouse team. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, maintaining safety, and keeping work areas clean.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of stand-up/reach truck forklift experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday, 6:30a-3pm

Pay: $21 per hour

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift Operator to join our team in Wilmington, Illinois. This is a possible temporary-to-hire opportunity for a reliable, safety-focused individual who demonstrates strong performance, consistent attendance, and a positive, team-player attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up and reach truck forklifts. Sit down FL experience preferred as well
• Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
• Complete assigned work accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• At least 1–2 years of solid stand-up/reach truck forklift experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Schedule and Pay

• Monday-Friday
• 6:30am-3pm
• $21 per hour

This position may become permanent based on performance, attendance, and overall good team-player attitude.
