Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator in Wilmer, TX to support warehouse operations within a logistics environment.

The role requires operating standing deep reach forklifts and pallet jacks, aiding inventory control, and maintaining safety and organization in a fast-paced setting. The ideal candidate has hands-on forklift experience (preferably Crown or Yale), the ability to work in cold environments, and strong reliability with good communication skills.

Qualifications

Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Worker - Forklift Operator

Location: WILMER, TX

Pay Range: $20-21/hr plus incentive program

Shift: MUST BE FLEXIBLE FOR BOTH 1st AND 3rd SHIFT. It will be up to the company to decide which shift they potentially offer.

• Operate standing deep reach forklifts, pallet jacks, and a variety of warehouse mechanical equipment (where applicable)
• Assist with inventory management and stock organization
• Ensure safety procedures are followed during all operations
• Support team members with various warehouse tasks as assigned
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment

• Prior experience with standing deep reach lift, preferably with Crown and/or Yale brands
• Ability to work in cold environment (28-55 F)
