Job Description

1. Operate routine production machinery according to specifications.
2. Safely load, unload, move, stack, and stage raw materials using a forklift or other industrial equipment.
3. Perform routine activities to meet quality and quantity standards within specified tolerances.
4. Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with quality, function, and cosmetic standards.
5. Maintain logs and records of production; report errors leading to rejects or discards.
6. Inspect equipment before use, perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
7. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.
8. Follow all safety regulations.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
2. Willingness to follow directions and work well in a team.
3. Ability to interpret job specifications for machinery.
4. Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn production equipment.
