Forklift Operator
Pay: $17.61/hour
Hours: Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (occasional Fridays)
Location: Tulsa, OK

Position Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for the safe and efficient movement of raw and finished materials throughout various phases of the production process.
Preferred Education & Experience:
· High school diploma or GED preferred
· Lift truck operator’s license preferred (training available)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

· Follow all company safety rules and policies
· Maintain inventory of raw materials (e.g., frame parts, I-beams); unload deliveries as needed
· Complete and process paperwork for incoming materials
· Transport raw materials through production
· Move chassis and finished materials between production, coating, drying, and holding areas
· Perform basic yard maintenance including plowing and grading
· Assist in repair work as needed
· Rotate into production team roles as required
Core Competencies:
· Ability to work collaboratively to meet company goals
· Clear verbal and written communication skills in English
· Ability to read and interpret work orders, delivery receipts, blueprints, and measurements
· Meet production deadlines with minimal supervision
· Operate lift trucks, tractors, radios, stabilization devices, and tape measures
· Physically able to lift and maneuver materials over 50 lbs
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Maintain professionalism and effective communication with team members and supervisors
· Capable of working under physically and mentally demanding conditions, including climate extremes
· Adaptability to changing tasks and priorities throughout the workday
