Job summary

Nesco Resource is hiring experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operators for a leading manufacturing client in the Waverly, NY area. The role requires safe operation of a stand-up forklift to load, unload, and move materials in a fast-paced warehouse and production setting.

Shifts range from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, Monday through Friday. Competitive pay plus MEC health plan, 401K, and EAP are included.

Qualifications

• Stand-up forklift experience is required.
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the facility.
• Load, unload, stage, and transport products efficiently.
• Scan, label, and track inventory accurately using warehouse systems.
• Stack and organize materials in designated storage locations.
• Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and production teams to meet daily goals.
• Report damaged materials, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns to supervisors.
