Job summary

Saulsbury Industries in Colorado City, TX is seeking a qualified Forklift Operator to safely move materials on an industrial construction site. You will operate a Lull Forklift or Rough Terrain forklift, following supervision directions and safety protocols.

The role requires a valid Lull/Rough Terrain certification and at least four years of forklift experience. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work extended hours, and perform tasks with precision in a dynamic environment.

General Information Job Summary

Responsible for operating a Lull Forklift or Rough Terrain in a safe manner on an industrial construction site by moving objects/material as directed by supervision.

Responsibilities/Competencies

• Responsible for operating a Lull Forklift or Rough Terrain Crane to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.


• Must have Lull/Rough Terrain Certification


• Lull Forklift experience needed, 4+ years

Physical Requirements

• Manual and finger dexterity


• Eye-hand coordination


• Depth perception


• Ability to see things clearly that are beyond arm’s reach (far visual acuity)


• Ability to see small detail


• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds


• Ability to maintain balance on catwalks and narrow workspaces


• Ability to stand for long periods of time


• Ability to reach above head while sitting or standing


• Ability to reach below knees while standing


• Ability to stoop or kneel


• Ability to work 60 or more hours each week
