About The Role
Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in a fast-paced kitchen cabinetry manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, load, and unload products and materials efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move kitchen cabinets, materials, and supplies throughout the warehouse.

Load and unload delivery trucks while ensuring product integrity and safety.

Transport finished products from production areas to shipping or storage locations.

Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and assist with stock rotation.

Perform daily forklift inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.

Keep aisles, loading docks, and storage areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper lifting techniques and use of PPE.

Collaborate with warehouse, production, and shipping teams to support overall operations.

Assist in general warehouse duties such as packing, labeling, and order staging when required.

About You

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Valid forklift operator certification required (or willingness to obtain upon hire).

1+ year of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting preferred.

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.

Strong attention to safety, accuracy, and detail.

Reliable, punctual, and a team-oriented work ethic.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and noise levels.

Indoor warehouse with moderate to high noise levels.

Frequent exposure to forklifts and heavy equipment.

PPE required, including steel-toed boots and high-visibility vests.
