What you'll be doing day to day

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Contributing to fulfilling customer orders across various sales channels by ensuring efficient product availability and replenishment.
2. Receiving inbound goods and maintaining inventory accuracy.
3. Moving products to final selling locations, whether in storage or on the sales floor.
4. Replenishing sales space with flexibility, following visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Selecting goods for customers within the specified time to ensure excellent service.
6. Certifying operation of powered mobile equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks.
7. Handling goods through unloading, transporting, replenishing, stocking, picking, and loading.
8. Using scanner equipment and inventory management systems effectively.
9. Fostering an environment that embraces IKEA’s culture, diversity, and inclusion.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in high-volume warehouse operations or receiving/replenishment.
• Certification in powered mobile equipment (forklift, electric pallet jack, etc.) is preferred.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22.77-$32.50. This is a permanent, full-time position, eligible for benefits. The work schedule is 34-40 hours per week, with shifts between 6 AM and 9 PM. Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
