Forklift Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift - Benefits Day 1

Join Worthington Enterprises as a Forklift Operator - 2nd and 3rd Shift.

Responsibilities include material handling, stock movement, computer entry, scanning, Kanban, cycle counting, and generating proper paperwork for receipts and shipments. The role ensures positive truck flow, timely and accurate load building, shipment of customer material, and effective communication with relevant departments. A successful candidate is self-motivated, able to multitask, and committed to maintaining quality in shipping and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Pick customer orders and verify accuracy.
• Transport materials within the facility.
• Operate equipment such as tow motors and power lifts.
• Perform data entry in warehouse systems.
• Overtime may be required during certain times of the month.

Hours and Pay

• Work hours: 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (11pm-7am).
• Shift differential: $2/hour extra.
• Minimum pay: $21/hour.

Desired Experience

• Knowledge of inventory control.
