Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing facility is preferred.
• 6 months to 2 years of forklift driving work experience.
• Ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Load trucks with finished sheet metal and prepare goods for transfer.
• Transport unfinished and finished products throughout the plant.
• Assist in taking inventory and prepare orders for shipment.

Job description

Pay is $27.41 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential

Shift: 6PM - 6AMand Rotating (2-2-3 shift)

What you'll do:
* Load trucks with finished sheet metal
* Load cut sheet material onto platforms for dispatch through the manufacturing lines
* Prepare finished goods for transfer to other departments
* Remove coil loads and other materials from trucks as they are delivered
* Transport unfinished and finished product throughout the plant and supply the production lines with raw materials
* Empty scrap tubs of metal waste
* Assist in taking inventory and prepare orders for shipment as needed

We need you to have:
* Ability to demonstrate forklift driving experience and pass the certification test if not already certified

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Experience in a manufacturing facility
* 6 months-2 years of forklift driving work experience in a manufacturing/warehouse environment

Physical Requirements:
* Ability to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended period, while running machinery up to 12 hours
* Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 pounds
