Job summary

Techo-Bloc is seeking a dependable forklift operator to join our yard team. You will load and unload products, inspect incoming goods, and ensure materials are moved safely and efficiently in an outdoor industrial setting.

This role emphasizes safety, timely deliveries, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow as you gain experience in our production environment.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety.
• High School Diploma (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift to load and unload products from commercial vehicles and put away finished goods.
• Receive and physically inspect products to ensure quality standards.
• Bring consumables to the production areas as needed.
• Always maintain equipment in an operating function and cleaned at the end of each shift.
• Partners with the yard supervisor to handle discrepancies, malfunctions, and potential issues.
• Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
• Collaboratively works with team to take on additional duties as needed

What You'll Do:

• Safety-Focused; Operates equipment according to safety standards.
• Time Management; comfortable with time-driven deadlines and goals.

Education and Experience:

• Familiarity with forklift operation and safety.
• High School Diploma (preferred).
