Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Renwick, IA to support day-to-day material handling and inventory movement with a strong emphasis on safety. You will operate a forklift, inspect equipment, and assist on a packaging line in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires precise record-keeping, the ability to rotate three shifts every two weeks, and adherence to safety standards to protect people and products. Weekly pay is provided in a supportive work environment.

Our client, agricultural manufacturing and distribution operations is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the Warehouse team supporting day-to-day material handling, inventory movement, and safe operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, the ability to stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment, and the drive to keep accurate records using WMS.

Location: Renwick, IA

Pay Range: $19.50/hr - $21.50/hr

Shift: 1st Shift: 6am-2:30pm; 2nd Shift: 2pm-10:30pm; 3rd Shift: 10pm-6:30am (Must be able to rotate all 3 shifts every two weeks!)

• Perform systematic maintenance and cleaning of the forklift to keep equipment in reliable working condition.
• Operate a packaging line.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment and follow safety standards, including initiating and following emergency procedures when necessary.
