Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking candidates to join our factory team, focusing on ensuring materials are available for production lines and coordinating with the Operations group to prevent delays.

You will communicate shortages, escalate issues affecting safety, quality and efficiency, and collaborate with our diverse Associates under Mars’ Five Principles. The role offers Mars University learning support and an industry-competitive salary with a company bonus.

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE standards or above (Math's and English).
• Experience working in a Supply Chain preferred.
• FLT / Flexi experience would be preferred.
• Comfortable working with different business systems like SAP, ATMS and Weekplan.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that Raw materials are available for production lines on time
• Communicate potential shortages to relevant stakeholders
• Maintains close contact with Operations team to ensure that there are no delays in manufacture
• Raise relevant escalations that have an impact on safety, quality and efficiency
