Job summary

Full Steam Staffing LLC in Porterville, CA is hiring a Forklift Driver to safely operate sit-down, stand-up, and other forklifts to load, unload, and move materials. You will perform pre-shift safety checks and help maintain inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Stack, palletize, and store goods while maximizing vertical storage space.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF equipment and warehouse management systems.

Job Title: Forklift Driver

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full-time

Full Steam Staffing is hiring experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Drivers to join our busy warehouse and logistics team. In this fast-paced role, you will safely operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to support daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or cherry picker forklifts safely and efficiently
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight from trailers and shipping containers
• Transport raw materials and finished products to designated warehouse storage bays or production lines
• Perform daily pre-operation vehicle safety inspections and report any equipment maintenance needs
• Stack, palletize, and store goods while maximizing warehouse vertical storage space
• Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF equipment and warehouse management systems
• Follow all OSHA regulations, warehouse safety protocols, and company rules

Schedule:

Flexible Schedule: Must have open availability to work both AM (Day) and PM (Evening/Night) shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
