Job summary

Dart Container is seeking a Forklift Operator to join its warehouse/shipping team. You will operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, load, and unload materials, ensuring safe, damage-free handling.

Starting pay is $21.07/hour with a $1.00/hour evening shift premium and weekly pay. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for career advancement in a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of forklift or warehouse experience (clamp truck experience preferred).
• Ability to obtain and maintain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification.
• Ability to demonstrate basic math calculations and dimensional counting skills.
• Demonstration of minimum proficiency with the English language for training and communication.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to move, stack, load, and unload materials.
• Ensure damage-free stacking of products.
• Meet KPIs for safety, quality, production, efficiency, and service.
• Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and warehouse guidelines.
• Manage customer requirements and storage logistics.
• Coordinate with departments for effective inventory management.
