Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Forklift Driver to join their team. As a Forklift Driver, you will be part of the shipping and receiving operations supporting efficient material handling. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a commitment to workplace safety, and the ability to work well in a team environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Forklift Driver

Location: Mcallen, TX

Pay Range: $13–$14 per hour (depending on experience)

What's the Job?

• Safely operate a forklift to unload, move, and stage pallets of incoming and outgoing materials.
• Coordinate with Shipping & Receiving Clerks to verify documentation and ensure pallet counts are accurate upon receipt.
• Assist in applying labels to received materials as needed and support the organization of materials on the warehouse floor.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and support other basic warehouse duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• Prior forklift experience required; valid forklift certification preferred.
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate equipment safely in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of inventory systems and documentation processes.
