Wage: Starting at $20.51/hour + $0.75 shift premium for 2nd shift.

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count stock. The Operator ensures safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may perform other duties as a Production Associate. Responsibilities include offloading inbound shipments safely, stacking and storing products, stock rotation, maintaining a clean work environment, verifying incoming shipments, and reporting hazards.

Additional duties:

• Inspect and address damages or defects in received materials.
• Communicate effectively and work well with others.
• Maintain a tidy work area and assist in warehouse security.
• Promote safety in operations, complying with OSHA, ISO, and MSDS standards.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and stay aware of pedestrians and vehicles.
• Assist with physical inventories.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Forklift certification (Piston Certification).
• Valid Driver's License.
