Looking for a hands-on opportunity with room to grow? Staffmark is hiring a Forklift Operator for a well-established manufacturing facility in Lexington, KY. If you have at least 1 year of forklift experience and enjoy a dynamic work environment, this could be the perfect fit for you!

Pay:

$17.85/hour

Shift and Availability:

2nd Shift | Must be available for mandatory overtime as needed

Responsibilities:

1. Operate a forklift to transport glass between the warehouse and production/assembly lines
2. Support the assembly line by installing clips and weather stripping on windshields and sunroofs
3. Inspect glass for defects and clean surfaces using an alcohol-based solution
4. Follow proper lifting procedures: up to 40 lbs individually, and 50+ lbs with a team
5. Stand for extended periods throughout the shift
6. Cross-training provided for assembly work

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of verified forklift experience
2. Comfortable handling and lifting glass
3. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for full shifts
4. Flexibility to work overtime when needed
