Job summary

O-I is seeking a Forklift Operator for shift Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays and overtime. The role involves offloading/loading pallets, transferring loads, and ensuring safety and accuracy in warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and forklift experience. Ability to work in a team and follow licensing and safety protocols is required.

Qualifications

• Forklift driving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Offload trailers in a timely manner.
• Load trailers for releases in a timely manner.

Job Description

SHIFT: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm with occasional Saturdays and some overtime.

The Forklift Operator will offload and load pallets that are received and released from the warehouse following the appropriate job instructions. Also perform internal transfers of pallets within the warehouse.

The Forklift Operator Will

• Offload trailers in a timely manner
• Load trailers for releases in a timely manner.
• Report any discrepancies with any load or offload.
• Perform physicals of assigned location when requested.
• Perform physicals of assigned location when requested.
• Stretch wrap and reinforce pallets when necessary

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• One year of forklift driving experienced is preferred.
• Able to successfully complete Forklift Driver licensing process.
• Able to work in a safe manner.
• Able to work in a team environment.
