Position Description

Ryder is immediately hiring for Permanent Full-Time Absence Relief Operators in Lansing, Michigan.

Compensation and Schedule

• Hourly Pay: $19.71 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $29.57 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 when working Third Shift
• Schedule: Third Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am / Overtime and occasional Fridays as needed

Products Being Handled: Automotive Parts

Equipment: Sit down forklift and Stand up Tugger

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ years warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Work safely and reliably
• Punctual with good attendance
• Work with minimal supervision and high initiative
• Accurate and detail-oriented under pressure
• Flexible schedule availability

Responsibilities
