Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly

• Hourly Pay: $19.71 per hour
• Overtime Pay: $29.57 per hour
• Shift Premium: $1.00 when working Third Shift
• Schedule: Third Shift Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm - 7:00 am / Overtime and Occasional Fridays as needed

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Create and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
• Lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Stand for long periods
• Work using health and safety methods
• Be thorough, dependable, punctual, and maintain good attendance
• Perform work independently with minimal supervision
• Possess initiative and demonstrate accuracy under pressure
• Be flexible with work schedules and shifts
• Be detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Follow performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Accurately pick and pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Manage day-to-day warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Support work activities as an alternate relief
• Perform other duties as assigned
