Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.00 per hour when working 2nd shift
• Schedules: Second Shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work within a diverse environment and build professional relationships
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision
• High degree of initiative and accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work safely and flexibly across shifts
• Attention to detail and good follow-up skills

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions: loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting
• Follow contract performance guidelines
• Accurately pick, pack, audit, stage products, and load/unload trucks
• Manage warehouse paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
