Belmar Integrated Logistics is seeking a Forklift Operator to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise with a forklift. The role may also include Order Filler and Checker duties. Salary: $18.00 per hour.

The position emphasizes safe operation and adherence to PPE and safety standards. Candidates should have at least one year of forklift experience, be 18+, legally eligible to work in the United States, and able to pass pre-employment drug testing and background checks.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and maneuver cases over 50 lbs.
• Legal to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug testing and background check.
• Own reliable transportation to and from work.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Inspect equipment, structures, or materials for errors or defects.
• Communicate with supervisors and peers by phone, email, or in person.
• Handle and move objects, install and position materials.
• Finalize receipt of goods and provide processing documentation.
• Verify reports for accuracy of locations, quantities, and product received.
• Perform daily equipment checklist.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Repack damaged product and palletize.
• Clean warehouse area as assigned.
• Deposit trash in dumpster.
• Perform other assignments as requested.

Job Overview

The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and may also be required to perform Order Filler and Checker duties. Salary: $18.00 per hour.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating vehicles, mechanized devices, or equipment, including forklifts.
• Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify errors or defects.
• Communicating with supervisors, peers, or subordinates by telephone, in written form, e‑mail, or in person.
• Handling and moving objects with hands and arms, installing, positioning, and moving materials.
• Finalizing receipt of goods, reporting on closing day, and providing documentation for processing.
• Verifying all reports for accuracy of locations, quantities, and product received.
• Performing a daily checklist on all equipment used.
• Identifying and reporting safety hazards.
• Repacking damaged product in new boxes and palletizing.
• Cleansing warehouse area as assigned.
• Depositing trash from assigned area in dumpster.
• Performing other assignments as requested.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform basic math.

Physical Demands
