Job summary

Terzo Enterprises in Houston, TX is seeking a forklift operator for our pallet-focused warehouse. You will load and unload pallets from trailers and place pallets in designated locations while maintaining safety and organization.

Responsibilities include pallet preparation for shipment, loading/unloading, picking, and keeping the workspace clean. OSHA forklift certification is required before an offer, and a valid driver's license is necessary.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification required before job offer extension.

Responsibilities

• Move, stack, and store pallets as required.

What will you do?

Utilize a forklift to load and unload pallets to and from trailers as well as move pallets to correct locations throughout the warehouse that meet company and safety standards.

Duties Include:

• Move levers and press pedals to drive the truck and control movement of the lifting apparatus.
• Pull and prepare pallets for shipment as scheduled.
• Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Operate all equipment safely and efficiently following prescribed work methods.
• Forklift candidates must present an OSHA Forklift training certification before the extension of a job offer.
• Protection Equipment (PPE) at all times while performing job duties.
• Unload and load shipments safely.
• Perform picking duties in an efficient manner that meets customer service standards.
• Move, stack, and store pallets efficiently in the appropriate areas as required.
