Magna International, Inc. Highland Park, MI is seeking a full-time team member to support production by transporting parts on the shop floor and in shipping areas using powered industrial equipment.

The role includes stocking, loading/unloading, and assisting with inventories while maintaining safety and accuracy in all tasks. The position offers a competitive hourly pay with a standard increase schedule and comprehensive benefits after probation.

Responsibilities

• Transports parts on the production floor and in the shipping/receiving areas using a powered industrial truck.
• Supplies parts to assembly stations and sequencing lanes in a timely manner.
• Loads and unloads parts from trucks.
• Maintains stock in an organized fashion (FIFO) using the Company's inventory management system.
• Assists with monthly physical inventories and daily cycle counts.
• Completes all paperwork accurately and timely.
• Displays a positive attitude towards safety and follows all safety policies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Rate of pay: $18.00 per hour (weekly pay)
• Shift premium: $0.35 per hour for afternoon/evening shift
• Annual pay increases guaranteed on seniority date; top rate of $25.00 upon completion of 60-months
