Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Hardeeville, SC is hiring Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. This full-time role includes training and a daylight shift, with duties focused on loading, unloading, and moving inventory using sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Load and unload inventory safely using sit-down forklifts and WMS.
• Occasional use of a pallet jack (electric).
• Occasional use of a wrapping machine.
• Verify accuracy by updating shipping/receiving logs, BOLs, and inventory records.
• Move Tractor-Trailers around the distribution area.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and down-stock to ensure inventory flow.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.

Description: Responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials around the warehouse and storage yard using forklifts and pallet jacks.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Load and unload inventory safely using sit-down forklifts and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Occasional use of a pallet jack (electric)
• Occasional use of a wrapping machine
• Verify accuracy by verifying SKUs, checking for damages, and updating inventory by accurately completing shipping/receiving logs, BOLs (Bills of Lading), and inventory records.
• Move Tractor-Trailers around the distribution warehouse area
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace efficiently and perform down-stocking to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Follow SOPs and safety
