Job summary

Kdc/one Groveport is seeking a dedicated Forklift Operator to support our logistics flow in a GMP-compliant facility. You will handle materials, operate PIT equipment, and ensure accurate scanning and movement to keep production lines moving efficiently.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with responsibilities including cycle counts, audits, and helping new drivers join the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing.
• SAP experience is not required but preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented and safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of PIT turret trucks and reach lifts.
• Unload deliveries, stock materials, and track moves with scanners or SAP.
• Pick materials for production runs and move goods to inventory with care.
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily and report issues.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and year-end inventory checks.
• Load leaving trucks to meet customer orders on time and in full.
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.

Forklift Operator Moving with purpose

Location: Kdc/one Groveport | Full-Time Opportunity

If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts
• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP
• Pick up materials and components for production runs
• Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently
• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks
• Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed
• Always keep things safe, clean, and GMP compliant (this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all)

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you)
• Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• SAP experience is not required but preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused
• Comfortable to lift up to 50 lbs, and work around motorized equipment all day
• Take pride in keeping things organized and moving smoothly
