Job summary

Kdc/one Groveport is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to keep our warehouse and production moving. If you're forklift certified and comfortable with scanners, you’ll handle materials and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This role emphasizes safety, GMP compliance, and teamwork; you’ll train peers, perform daily checks, and support timely shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
• SAP experience is not required but preferred.
• Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working around motorized equipment.
• Organized and able to keep workflows smooth.

Responsibilities

• Operate PIT turret trucks and reach lifts.
• Unload deliveries, stock materials, and track moves with scanners.
• Pick materials for production runs.
• Move goods to inventory with accuracy.
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and year-end inventory.
• Load leaving trucks to fulfill orders on time.
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.
• Maintain GMP compliance and keep the area safe and clean.

Full-Time Opportunity

Location: Kdc/one Groveport

If you're forklift certified, handy with a scanner, and comfortable in a warehouse, we’re looking for you! At Kdc/one, our Forklift Operators are the center of our logistics flow. You’ll handle the materials that keep our production lines moving and efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate a variety of Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) turret trucks, and reach lifts.
• Unload incoming deliveries, stock materials, and track every move with handheld scanners or SAP.
• Pick up materials and components for production runs.
• Move unused or finished goods to inventory with accuracy and care.
• Complete PIT safety and maintenance checklists daily, and report any issues urgently.
• Assist with cycle counts, quarterly audits, and year-end inventory checks.
• Load leaving trucks to get customer orders out on time and in full.
• Support and mentor new forklift drivers when needed.
• Always keep things safe, clean, and GMP compliant (this is a beauty & wellness manufacturing site, after all).

What We Need From You

• High school diploma or GED preferred (if you've got the experience and skill, we still want to hear from you).
• Prior experience operating PIT equipment in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
