Automation Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a dependable Single Double Diesel Forklift Operator in Groveland, FL. The role focuses on forklift operation to safely move pallets and materials in a busy facility.

Ideal candidates will have diesel forklift experience, be able to read and write English, and routinely lift up to 50 lbs. This seasonal position offers weekly pay and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus PTO and holiday pay.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to move pallets and materials.

• Restack and help keep the workspace clean and organized.

Single Double Diesel Forklift OperatorAutomation Personnel Services is looking for a hard-working Single Double Diesel Forklift Operator for a company based in Groveland, FL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the operation of a forklift and or other heavy equipment, to safely move, locate or relocate pallets.Pay Rate$17.00 per hourSchedule and hours variousMonday through Friday 6am-6:30pm or 6pm-6:30amSingle Double Diesel Forklift Operator Duties and Responsibilities• Perform safety check of the forklift to ensure it is safe to operate.• Check fluid levels-for oil, water, and fuel before operating the lift.• Ensure packaging lines have empty pallets available and inform supervisor of the pallet inventory.• Place palletized bags inventory and ensuring they are located in the proper rows storing them neatly without damaging other inventory.• Participate in plant cleanliness by restacking, picking up trash and debris, washing their equipment.Single Double Diesel Forklift Operator Qualifications and Requirements• Must have Single Double Diesel Forklift experience• Able to climb on and off required equipment.• Ability to communicate effectively, read and wright English and be able to follow instructions, able to add, subtract, multiply and divide.• Able to work in a dusty environment, hot/cold/raining weather, able to sit for a long period of time, able to lift 50lbs.Job TypeSeasonalBenefits• Weekly Pay• 401(k) retirement plan• Medical, dental, and vision insurance• Vacation Pay• Holiday PayInterested in this job?Click Apply Now, email your resume to [e-mail], or call us at 407.458.5200 to learn more.
