Multi Fittings in Garland, TX is seeking a reliable forklift operator to join our distribution center team. You will support fast‑paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork, using RF scanning and forklift equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

The role requires a high school diploma, previous warehouse experience (RF scanning a plus), and the ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Reach forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to use RF scanners (training available).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklift equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Pick, stack, wrap, and stage outbound freight.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Follow FIFO principles and RF processes.
• Receive, locate, and replenish stock using RF technology.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following 5S standards.
• Meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
• Report unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly.
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Perform other warehouse tasks as needed.

This role supports fast‑paced warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Pay & Schedule

Pay: $20.50/hr Schedule: 8:30am-5:00pm
