Job Location: Gainesville, GA

Starting Rate of pay: $22.59/hour

Shifts Available and Hours: 12-hour Continental Shift - Nights

Shift Premium: Nightshift - $1.00/hour extra

Job Responsibilities:

• Place safety first.
• Productively, efficiently, and safely move material from Packing and Robo areas to Shipping warehouse and place in proper zones.
• Help packers meet production goals by demonstrating initiative.
• Maintain supplies of packing materials for Paint and Packing departments.
• Empty trash dumpsters according to compactor instructions.
• Ensure bundles are packed according to pack code.
• Abide by all company policies, rules, and regulations, and maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Collaborate with other departments to reach company goals.
• Complete forklift check sheets at the beginning of each shift.
• Check material in the master bundle against the label before shipping.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Forklift experience helpful.
• Ability to pass required Mobile Equipment assessment.
• Effective communication skills; fluency in English preferred.
• Knowledge of pack codes is a plus.
