Bluegrass Supply Chain Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our AM shift. Starting pay is $17.50 per hour with a $0.50 raise after 90 days, plus benefits from day one. We operate modern warehouses with a focus on safety, teamwork, and internal growth.

You will operate multiple forklift types, use RF scanners and WMS to manage inventory, and support daily production goals in a fast-paced environment. Overtime may be available as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet or seated for extended shifts.
• Comfortable using scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts safely.
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
