Bluegrass Supply Chain in Findlay, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator for the PM shift. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour with a $0.50 raise after 90 days, and benefits begin on day one. The role offers overtime and a clear path for career growth.

You will operate electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker forklifts, use RF scanners and WMS to move and track inventory, load/unload, and help maintain a safe, organized warehouse to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of forklift experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand or sit for extended shifts.
• Comfortable using RF scanners and basic warehouse technology.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely (electric, propane, stand-up, reach, and cherry picker).
• Use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to move and track inventory.
• Load, unload, stack, and stage product in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and report safety issues.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support team members as needed to meet daily production goals.
