ODW Logistics, Inc. is hiring a Reach Truck Operator and Order Picker at our Englewood, OH facility.

The role supports accurate order fulfillment, equipment operation, picking, labeling, and shipping under safety-first guidelines. Candidates should have prior stand-up forklift, reach truck, or walkie-rider experience; be able to case pick and lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly; pass pre-employment drug test and background check; HS diploma or equivalent preferred; experience with RF scanners/Voice

Qualifications

• Prior Stand-Up Forklift/Reach Truck/Wawkie-Rider experience required.
• Able to perform case picking and lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with RF scanners and Voice picking is a plus.

Now Hiring Reach Truck Operator and Order Pickers!

This position holds the responsibility for the accurate and efficient completion of the defined order fulfillment process, which may include material handling, equipment operation, transportation, selection, identification, verification, placement, staging, labeling, and shipping of required product as directed.

• Must have previous Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck or Walkie-Rider experience.
• Must be able to case pick and lift heavy objects repeatedly during the entire shift (up to 35 pounds)
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Preferred)
• Warehouse management system experience, including RF scanners and/or Voice (Preferred).
• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment dedicated to safety, customer satisfaction, and achievement of quality and productivity goals.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee requires the ability to:

• Hear, read and comprehend, write, and communicate
• Continuously sit, type, and perform repetitive wrist motion
• Occasionally stand, walk, bend, squat/kneel, twist/turn or reach
• Focus (with or without corrective lenses) to see close and distant, along with depth perception capabilities
• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work
• Lift up to 35 pounds entire shift
• Work overtime on short notice
• Spend 99% of time on warehouse floor in fast-paced environment
