Job summary

ManpowerGroup is assisting a leading manufacturing client in Eagan, Minnesota, in finding a qualified Forklift Operator. You will support daily warehouse operations, loading and unloading goods, inspecting loads for safety, and moving materials between production and storage areas.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of manufacturing or warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect product load for accuracy and safety.
• Safely operate industrial trucks to move product loads around the warehouse and plant.

• Manually or mechanically load and unload materials from pallets and racking systems.
• Track inventory and ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the logistics and production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Eagan, MN

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Shift:7:00AM - 3:30PM; Monday - Friday
