Job summary

ManpowerGroup in the United States is seeking a Forklift Operator/ Warehouse Associate in Cudahy, WI. You will support distribution and shipping activities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The role requires forklift experience, strong attention to detail, and safety-minded teamwork. First shift 8am-5pm with opportunities to grow within the logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of forklift experience (sit-down forklift required).
• Ability to operate hand jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and lift 60-80 pounds.
• Experience in warehouse distribution or freight forwarding industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and segregate incoming shipments for warehouse/distribution facilities.
• Load and unload shipments onto or off pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Sort and process outgoing shipments according to established procedures and regulations.
• Load shipments into vehicles and secure with strapping, bracing, and padding using hand tools.
• Prepare and update information in computerized systems such as logs, packing lists, pick tickets, and inventories.

Our client, a leading logistics and freight forwarding organization, is seeking a Forklift Operator/ warehouse associate to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting distribution and shipping activities. Pay Range: $24hr

Shift: First shift, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?
