Job summary

Trillium in Columbus is seeking Reach Truck Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse activity and ensure efficient material flow. You’ll handle receiving, shipping, inventory control, and staging with a team that values reliability and clear communication.

The role requires reach forklift experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a GED/HSD. Schedule is 2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:30 PM–Midnight, at $19.00 per hour, with temp-to-hire potential.

Responsibilities

• Operate reach truck forklifts for high pushing and pulling of product.
• Receive, inspect, store, pick, pull, and stage materials and customer orders.
• Generate, scan, and apply shipping labels; process inbound/outbound transactions in warehouse systems.
• Verify shipments, resolve receiving discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory using FIFO practices.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards while supporting daily operations and special projects.
• Work effectively with the team in a fast-paced environment requiring frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
