As a Forklift Operator, you will perform a variety of tasks within our warehouse including loading trucks, unloading trucks, case picking product, and staging finished product as it is released from our packing area. Successful candidates must maintain a great attendance record and be able to work overtime and off shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts with various attachments (pull-pack, slip sheet, etc.) in a busy warehouse environment.
• Safely load and unload trailers, ensuring proper weight distribution, load integrity, and adherence to shipping instructions.
• Move finished product from the production line and store it correctly in the warehouse.
• Case pick products using RF scanners, hand wrap, label, and stage products appropriately.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment, including sanitation and cleaning tasks.
• Lift items up to 55 pounds regularly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of forklift experience in a production, manufacturing, military, or related environment.

Additional Information

• Willingness to work all shifts, including nights and weekends.

The approximate hourly pay is $24.87 for Operator E, with a pay progression plan up to Operator B at $37.36. Compensation may vary based on skills and location.
