ManpowerGroup is hiring Experienced Equipment Operators for a beauty and cosmetics distribution center in Chambersburg, PA. Role focuses on operating Cherry Picker and Reach Trucks, RF scanning, and efficient order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse.

Shifts offer hourly pay with overtime and potential certification on equipment. Candidates must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and willing to work up to six days per week when needed. Onsite supervisors support a safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous experience operating Cherry Picker and Reach Truck; certification preferred.
• Able to stand, lift, bend, and move for 8–10 hour shifts.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use RF scanners to pick, pack, sort, and move orders accurately.
• Replenish bins and transport products throughout the warehouse.
• Load/unload trailers and maintain clean, organized storage areas.
• Complete daily equipment inspections and follow all safety procedures.

We’re hiring Cherry Picker and Reach Truck Operators for a fast-paced, high-performing distribution center supporting the beauty and cosmetics industry. Location:

Chambersburg, PA

Pay Rates by Shift:

Shift 1: Monday-Friday 6:30am-2:30pm - $20/hr

Shift 2: Sunday – Thursday 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM — $22.00/hr

Shift 3: Sunday - Thursday 9:30pm-5:30am - $22.00/hr

Weekend Day: Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30am-6:30pm - $21.50/hr

Weekend Night: Fri, Sat, Sun 6:30pm-6:30am - $22.50/hr

**** Overtime opportunities available!**

****Please note:** When business needs increase, mandatory overtime will be required , with associates scheduled up to 6 days per week.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate order picker forklift and Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
