Worley Warehousing is a family-owned business providing third-party logistics services in Cedar Rapids for 47 years. Worley is currently looking for Weekend Nights Forklift Operators who prioritize safety, quality, and customer satisfaction to join our Team!

Work Hours & Benefits

• Starting Wage - $20.00/hr with annual pay increases
• Friday-Sunday 5:30PM-5:30AM
• Shift differential for evening and weekend work ranging from $.50 - $2.00/hr
• Monthly Incentive Pay Program based on productivity
• Excellent benefits package

Job Responsibilities

• Safely operate all job-required equipment following prescribed work methods.
• Unload inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations. Efficiently stack and store product in the appropriate areas.
• Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances.
• Prepare product for shipment and efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas.
