Job summary

Richardson, a leading pasta manufacturer, seeks a dedicated warehouse associate to operate forklifts, manage inventory, and uphold sanitation standards in a fast-paced facility. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed.
• Experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Experience in a food manufacturing facility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and transfer products within the warehouse and into trucks/railcars according to shipping schedule.
• Maintain accurate inventory and practice first in/first out.
• Monitor equipment for wear and perform preventative maintenance as required.
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and HAACP documentation, performing scheduled cleaning of equipment.
• Re-palletize and rework products, and prepare products for regrind process.
• Maintain safety and quality in a high-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklift to load, unload, and transfer products, pallets, boxes, and other materials within the warehouse and into trucks and/or railcars ac cording to shipping schedule; o perate other equipment for shipping, as needed
• Maintain accurate inventory while storing and loadin g, p ractic ing first in/first out
• Monitor all equipment for wear and potential damage, and perform related preventative maintenance as required
• Maintain Master Sanitation Schedules and other HAACP documentation , performing scheduled cleaning of equipment
• Re-palletize and rework products , and p repare products for regrind process
• Maintain safety and quality in a high - paced environment

Qualifications:

• H igh school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution
• Able to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• E xperience operating a forklift
• E xperience in a food manufacturing facility

Physical Requirements:

Schedule: Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat
