Job summary

360 Tire Group is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our rubber recycling facility in Caddo Mills, TX. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, load/unload trucks, and move materials across the site on 1st shift, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday-Thursday.

Applicants should have 1–2 years forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to work independently or with a team. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; expect a safety-focused, high-heat environment with up to 55

• Previous sit-down forklift experience required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate sit-down forklifts to move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility.
• Loading and unloading trucks and trailers efficiently and accurately.
• Transporting materials to production and warehouse areas as needed.
• Performing routine forklift inspections and reporting any equipment issues.
• Maintaining inventory organization and proper material storage practices.
• Assisting with general warehouse and production support tasks.
• Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

Shift: 1st shift

Schedule: Monday to Thursday / 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role operates in a high-heat, dusty, and noisy manufacturing setting. Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment. Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements, and lifting up to 55 lbs. PPE provided.
