Job summary

360 Tire Group in Texas is seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our rubber recycling facility. You will safely operate sit-down forklifts, load and unload trucks, and transport materials between production and warehouse areas.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred; candidates must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 55 lbs, and work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM in a high-heat, dusty environment. We offer competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Shift: 1st shift
Schedule: Monday to Friday/ 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Pay Range: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour ( based on experience )

What We're Looking For:

• R High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to safely handle and transport heavy materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role operates in a high-heat , dusty , and noisy manufacturing setting . Must be comfortable working in an industrial environment . Expect prolonged standing, repetitive movements , and lifting up to 55 lbs . PPE provided .
