Job summary

Manpower in Bristol, PA is hiring a Forklift Operator / Material Handler to join a fast-paced warehouse team supporting a cosmetics manufacturer. This full-time role offers a stable daytime schedule, a 1st shift (7:00 AM–3:30 PM), and weekly pay.

You will move materials, operate forklifts and pallet jacks, use RF scanners, and help maintain inventory accuracy while following GMP and safety policies. Strong reliability and ability to lift up to 60 lb preferred; 18+ required.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds during shift.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong attention to detail and safety.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility.
• Safely operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions accurately.
• Pick, replenish, and transport materials to support production and shipping needs.
• Assist with inventory control and maintain accurate stock levels.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, GMP standards, and warehouse procedures.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and production-ready.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational goals.
• Support a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining quality and efficiency standards.

Location: Bristol, PA

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What You'll Do
