Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a dedicated warehouse associate to support production operations, including forklift movement, pallet handling, and inventory controls. You will operate a stand-up forklift, perform cycle counts, and maintain a safe, organized work area.

The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, and solid teamwork. Prior warehouse experience is preferred while adherence to safety standards is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport finished jobs or goods to correct areas.
• Move pallets of goods and position in process areas as needed.
• Place finished goods on designated pallets and locations.
• Complete forklift operator’s checklist.
• Notify supervisor of mechanical or material issues.
• Coordinate with managers for other production lines.
• Conduct daily cycle counts of corrugated materials.
• Perform inventory audits as needed.
• Maintain clean and safe work area; move pallets as required.
• Assist supervisors on the production floor to ensure safety.
• Complete all functions in the WMS system.

About The Opportunity

This position is responsible for performing all tasks involved in the production of products.

Essential Job Functions

The following duties are normal for this position. The incumbent may perform some or all of these duties however; it is not an exclusive or all inclusive list. Other duties may be assigned.

• Transport finished jobs or goods into correct areas
• Move pallets of goods for jobs in process to appropriate area as needed
• Place finished goods which are on a designated pallet to the correct location
• Accurately complete forklift operator’s checklist
• Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues
• Confer with managers to ensure coordination of other production lines
• Conduct a physical inventory of all corrugated materials by performing daily cycle counts
• Perform inventory audits on a daily basis or as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area by moving empty pallets to a designated area
• Assist supervisors on the production floor to maintain a safe work environment
• Perform all functions accurately as required in our WMS system

Education & Experience

• Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Ability to pass certification in order to operate a fork/lift truck
• Stand-up Forklift experience required
• Previous warehouse production experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Ability to interpret written and oral instructions
• Ability to produce at a high level
• Ability to work with plant management for required results
• Ability to be able to work as part of a team
• Ability to perform all computer functions as they pertain to the job

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Primarily works in a production and/or warehouse setting
• Walking, standing, lifting & bending for duration of shift
