Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a warehouse associate to transport raw materials, components, and finished goods to designated locations and assist in setup as needed. The role requires forklift experience and strict adherence to safety procedures within a fast-paced production environment.

Candidates will move materials, track items in SAP, and participate in continuous improvement efforts while maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• 1 year of continuous employment
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to follow safety procedures

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations and set up as required
• Ensure material movements adhere to current procedures for identification, storage and equipment suitability
• Load inbound and outbound freight as needed
• Process product locators into SAP correctly
• Operate equipment such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper, etc.
• Work in a production environment with moving equipment and people
• Support Continuous Improvement and CI/5S/STW activities
• Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work area

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials, components and finished goods to their assigned locations and set up, if required.
• Ensure material movements are consistent with current procedures regarding proper identification, FFF, and suitability for storage/equipment.
• Load inbound and outbound freight, as needed.
• Ensure product/product locators are processed into SAP correctly.
• Operate equipment, such as forklift, shrink-wrap machine, bander, tipper, etc.
• Work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain any and all CI, 5S and STW activities.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Work Experience:
