Carlex Glass America, LLC in Auburn, IN is seeking a dedicated forklift operator to join our team. Start pay is $21.25 per hour, with 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 schedule and overtime opportunities.

Weekly pay and a Weekly Attendance Bonus of $2 per hour are offered, plus a quarterly incentive up to $750. You will operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts, maintain safe practices, and keep a neat, organized area.

Qualifications

• Proven tow motor skills with sit-down/stand-up forklifts.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Extreme attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Safety-focused mindset while operating a forklift.

Responsabilités

• Operate forklift safely and efficiently to move materials.
• Maintain neat and organized work area and follow 5S principles.
• Identify issues and propose practical solutions to avoid downtime.
