The core responsibilities of this role include:
- Operating a high-reach forklift to move full pallets of product throughout the warehouse efficiently and safely.
- Ensuring accurate placement and retrieval of inventory with minimal manual lifting.
- Following site procedures and safety protocols at all times.
Position Details:
- Role: Forklift Operator
- Shift: Weekend shift 5 PM – 5 AM, Friday - Sunday
- Pay: $20.50/hour + $1.25 shift premium
- Additional Incentives: Get Paid for 40 Hours! $1,000 Sign-on bonus!
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proven ability to operate high-reach forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to teamwork and safety.
- Availability to complete mandatory training during first shift hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Role Purpose:
Our Forklift Operators move stock within our warehouse, loading and unloading shipments of various sizes using equipment such as stand-up, sit-down, or clamp forklifts, and electric pallet jacks. This team-oriented, safety-focused environment plays a vital role in daily life by moving essential products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products using various forklifts or power equipment (80% of shift).
- Prepare products for shipment, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
- Maintain inventory records and reports.
- Comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.
- Verify load accuracy, check for stability and damage, report variances.
- Change equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power sources.
- Keep equipment and facility clean and organized.
- Assist with physical inventories.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Forklift operator certificate or completion of a forklift training program within 30 days.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months warehouse experience preferred.
- Six months forklift operation experience preferred.
