Qualifications

• 3+ years in warehouse leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience with WMS and inventory control processes.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a team and motivate employees.
• Forklift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily forklift department operations to meet productivity targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Coordinate warehouse processes to improve workflow and accuracy.
• Train and coach team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Troubleshoot operational challenges to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Logistics for timely order fulfillment.
• Uphold best practices to improve quality, reduce waste, and safety.
• Track and report KPI metrics for forklift operations.
• Maintain proper use and maintenance of equipment.
