Job summary

R+L Carriers has an immediate opportunity for a Forklift Mechanic at our Yemassee, SC Service Center. The role requires rebuilding, repairing, and maintaining forklifts, pallet jacks, and hydraulic lifts, with a preference for candidates who can lift up to 125 lbs.

The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, with multiple shifts and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for a limited time. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in industrial forklift repair, a clean driving record for the past

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with the repair/maintenance of industrial fork trucks.
• Electric & manual pallet jack repair/maintenance experience.
• Aerial lift repair/maintenance experience would be a plus.
• Must be able to use a computer for several different tasks including creating repair work orders.
• Must have your own tools on site. The company will provide specialized tools.
• Must be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and be self-motivated.
